Return Policy
All orders are eligible for a full refund return within 30 days of receipt, or credit return within 120 days of receipt.
Please inspect all products upon arrival, and retain original packaging.
How to Submit a Return:
Email customersupport@chromebookparts.com with your:
- Name / Business
- ChromebookParts.com order number or Purchase Order number
- Briefly describe the issue, and include photos if damage is visible (smartphone photos are fine).
- Keep all original packaging to be used in the return shipment.
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

Products will be inspected and validated against your original order.
If approved, your refund or credit will be processed within a few business days. If denied, we’ll notify you by email.
Note: Items returned after 30 days must qualify as defective and fall under our Warranty Policy.
Packaging Instructions for Returns
Proper packaging helps ensure a smooth return process by preventing further damage that may slow down our ability to assess your claim. Damaged items should be returned as follows, in their original packaging:
Motherboards:
- Place in original anti-static bag
- Wrap each board in a layer of bubble wrap
- Use a box only (no envelopes)
- Reuse original packaging and cardboard support as much as possible
LCDs:
- Include screen protector
- Wrap each panel in a separate layer of bubble wrap
Batteries:
- Wrap tightly in bubble wrap
- Ensure batteries are separated to avoid electrical contact
Plastics & Palmrests:
- Layer bubble wrap between each item
- Secure tightly to prevent movement or damage
NOTE: Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Damages incurred during return shipments due to improper packaging may render the product ineligible for refund.
Warranty Claims
All orders are backed by our 1-Year Warranty against manufacturer defects.

Your name, account, and order number
A detailed explanation of the issue
Photos showing any visible defects or damage
Keep original packaging
Products must be returned in protective, secure condition.
We’ll send you an RMA number and instructions for return shipping.
